It seems the owners of wowlegacy (the server we play on!) have taken over the administration of Marcelos magicwow server.
Here are some comments of the owners written 24 nov 09

"Nico is planning to address this ownership of MagicWoW tomorrow.
However, the rumors are true to an extent. We are not abandoning or leaving WoWlegacy. We're still here to manage it, and we will. We've just taken command of MagicWoW now.
More information will be available tomorrow in a news post."

Long and short of it is.
Yes, we are taking over the administration of Magic-WoW. We want to keep the two networks as separate as possible. Marcelo came to us asking if we could take over the day to day activities. In return we'll be able to get frostemu (in a little while) which will greatly improve our server performance."
